Fountain work in Elfers

Home · Areas · Elfers

Elfers is older Pasco on Little Road — repair first, courtyard second.

Unincorporated, between New Port Richey and Holiday. Older lots, no master HOA, a basin that has been there since somebody's uncle.

This lot

Elfers is a small unincorporated community: older single-family, some commercial on Little Road, no glossy entrance monument. Lots vary. It feels like NPR without the downtown.

Sandy, some low spots that hold water after a summer storm. We do not put a basin in a puddle that already exists.

What actually fails here

Orphan fountains. No paperwork, no idea what pump is in there, a previous owner who wired it to a backyard outlet with a lamp cord.

What we install here

Open it up, identify the pump, rewire it like an adult, or replace the piece if the bowl is cracked through.

Elfers does not have a brand. That is fine. The work is the same: make the water move without electrocuting anyone. A ranch on these streets wants a ranch-scale bowl, not a Trinity courtyard package.

We see a lot of homemade basins here. Some are fine. Some are a five-gallon bucket in a hole. We will tell you which.

Little Road traffic is slow at 5 p.m. We schedule around that because sitting in it is not billable.

If you are actually in New Port Richey city limits, the Elfers post office does not change the city page. Give us the city on the tax bill.

How we get there

Little Road is the main strip. Downtown NPR is south. Holiday is north. If your mail says Elfers, say Elfers — it helps us find the lot.

Pasco. No city hall to visit.

Questions we get on this street

Is Elfers in New Port Richey?

Some addresses mail Elfers and pay NPR. We go by the tax bill and the lot, not the postmark.

Notes from the yard

Freeze nights, algae, room on the truck. A few times a year. Not a weekly blast.
