Fountain work in Seven Springs

Home · Areas · Seven Springs

Seven Springs is golf, wind, and a committee that can see your backyard from the cart path.

Golf-course lots on the Trinity side. Quiet pumps, low splash, equipment the architectural board does not have to squint at.

This lot

Seven Springs is golf-course residential tied to Trinity. Rear lots face fairway or preserve. Houses are 1990s–2000s, HOA, and people care how the back looks from a cart.

Fill, irrigation, sometimes a conservation easement at the rear. We do not put a basin in the easement even if it looks like extra grass.

What actually fails here

Wind off the open golf and eyes on the rear. Tall spray looks festive for a day and then stains the screen and the committee takes a photo.

What we install here

Low bowl or a short urn, screened equipment on the side yard, a pump you cannot hear from the 14th tee.

If the cart path can see the fountain, the fountain has to look finished on day one. No exposed flex pipe. No black vault lid in the view.

We aim splash inside the rim. Golf wind is not a reason to buy a taller jet.

Preserve lots look like they have room. Check the easement. We have walked jobs that died on a plat line.

Quiet is a spec, not a vibe. We pick the pump for decibels, not just gallons.

How we get there

Seven Springs golf entrance, Trinity Boulevard, the Medical Center. This is not Beacon Woods and it is not Starkey Ranch.

HOA packet first, Pasco second.

Questions we get on this street

Will golfers complain?

Not if the water stays in the bowl and the pump is quiet. That is the design.

Notes from the yard

Freeze nights, algae, room on the truck. A few times a year. Not a weekly blast.
