Odessa still has acreage. Keystone lots, horse fence, and 1980s–2000s homes on wells sit next to newer pockets. This is not Trinity density. You can walk behind the house without hitting a vinyl fence in twenty feet.
Myakka and Candler sands, better drainage than a Cotee lot, oak roots that own the first two feet. We locate a basin away from the big live oak, not under it.
